Family Law is that area of the law that deals with family and relationship matters. These cover a very wide range.

We advise, that wherever possible, arrangements in relation to property should be addressed in the early stages of a relationship rather than being left unaddressed.  This is particularly so for relationships which begin later in life and where there may be substantial differences in the property positions of the parties.  We are experienced in advising on agreements of this kind.

Inevitably however, in some situations a relationship will come to an end and there will be a dispute about the entitlements of the parties.  We deal with many such disputes and our practice always includes many such cases. We have dealt with relationship property at all levels including the Family Court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
