Employment

We act for employers in preparing or reviewing employment contracts and giving advice as to the management of restructurings or employment problems. We represent employers in disputes that go to the Employment Relations Authority or the Employment Court.

We also act for employees who may have suffered difficulties in their employment or who may have lost their employment. We represent employees before the Employment Relations Authority and in the Employment Court.
