Arbitrations & Mediations

Peter has wide arbitration and mediation experience as an arbitrator and mediator and as counsel acting for clients in arbitrations and mediations.

Miriam is Fonterra’s Milk Commissioner and has the responsibility New Zealand wide for mediating and endeavouring to resolve any issues as between Fonterra and its farmer shareholders which they themselves are not able to resolve.

Peter and Miriam are experienced in acting as counsel in arbitrations and mediations.  Sarah Wadworth acts in employment mediations.
