We practise as a partnership where:
- Our Partners are Peter Radich and Miriam Radich.
- Our Associate is Rebecca Smith.
- We have Legal Executives, Personal Assistants and Administrative staff.
PARTNERS
ASSOCIATE
Rebecca is a registered legal executive and Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. She is also a former President of that professional association and a registered conveyancing practitioner. She is very experienced in commercial and property transactions and in estate administration. Rebecca came to Marlborough to be with her husband who works in the wine industry and she joined us in 2017.

LEGAL EXECUTIVES, SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Nicki is responsible for the support of Miriam in her litigation practice, after having worked for Peter for some 25 years.
Nicki is an extremely experienced, skilled and capable person within the practice, particularly in the litigation field.
NICKI LAWSON
Paula is a qualified Legal Executive who has worked in law firms throughout her working life. She has been with us since 2007.
Paula’s general experience and capability allow her to have responsibility for our Trust account, general accounting and special transactions.
